Exchange & Refund Policy
Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind. If buying our products and the goods are faulty or have been wrongly described or are different to the product purchased on the website you can choose between a refund, exchange or store credit.
Please note that payments made for “non-refundable booking deposit” to register for a Course or an Event are non-refundable.
We do not take back crystals that have been damaged. Every single crystal is checked and carefully wrapped in damage proof wrapping and boxing before it is shipped. Please treat your crystals and jewellery with care from the moment you take them out of the packaging. Crystals can break when dropped and mountings can break or stretch if they catch on something. The string that comes with the packaging is complementary and is there so you can enjoy the crystal right away. However, please make a double knot to ensure it doesn’t untie. We cannot be responsible for breakages due to mishandling, accidents or lost crystals because the string came undone. We don’t recommend you shower or sleep with your jewellery, or do physical work that can damage the crystal.
