At PEHAcademy.com we aim to provide a highly personalized service so that you can truly appreciate and experience the uniqueness and energy of the item you have purchased. Delivery Terms:
Once you have completed your purchase on PEHAcademy.com, you will receive an emailed confirmation of your order with order number and confirmation of payment. Please check your Junk or Spam folder to make sure you received the confirmation and delivery details.
Your item(s) will be wrapped and shipped to you within 2 working days. *During exceptionally busy times at the Academy it might take longer than 2-5 business days for us to fulfill your order.

All items are currently sent from Spain through “Correos” and by Registered Mail (for both National and International destinations).
Please make sure that the delivery address that you provide at time of Checkout is filled out correctly. PEHAcademy.com cannot be held responsible for delayed delivery or returned items due to an error on the shipping information nor for any circumstances beyond the control of PEHAcademy.com where delivery times may take longer than expected due to postal strikes, incorrect address information, etc.
If you are not there to sign for the package and if you are away, it could be sent back to Spain. If this happens you will have three options when we receive the returned package: (1) you can use a private courier service i.e. UPS which you will pay for; (2) we will send your package back to you free of charge but without the registered mail and no tracking number (we cannot guarantee that the package will arrive safely to your address so this might damage your returns policy); or (3) you can pay to have the package sent back to you with registered mail and tracking number.
PEHAcademy.com currently ships worldwide. Shipping costs are already included in the item price and no additional shipping costs are added at time of Checkout. We now offer a high speed service for an additional fee. If you want this service please add this note to the comments at the checkout. We normally use UPS for this service and the price of this delivery is set by UPS. It can cost from €40 upwards depending on the weight of the parcel and your location.

Delivery Times After Shipping:
Items purchased on PEHAcademy.com will be dispatched from Spain as the country of origin. Therefore a guideline for delivery from date of shipping with Correos is as follows: Spain up to 4 working days; Europe between 5-10 working days; Worldwide between 15-28 working days (although this is generally shorter, usually between 15-21 days).
