You agree to all the Terms & Conditions Agreements and Disclaimer as set in course descriptions and within the pages of this website. These terms can be edited without prior notice. If for any unforeseen reason(s) the course has to be cancelled the clients/course participants will be notified as soon as possible and only be reimbursed for the amount of the tuition fee paid. No other fees will be reimbursed for moneys spent by a client for flights, accommodation, insurance and/or any other expenses.

Course Agreements: By registering for any course or event by Pure Energy Healing Academy you acknowledge and confirm that you are physically fit and healthy; and able to take care of your own well being. You acknowledge and confirm that you are not on any medication; you are not receiving any therapy nor taking any illegal drugs. Furthermore by registering into the course, you agree not to take any illegal substances; not to consume any alcohol; not to smoke for the duration of the course. The duration of the course includes all hours: of the course/event as well as your rest times, for the entire four days of the course/event. If you are perceived to be under the influence of any substances or smell of cigarette smoke you could be withdrawn from the course without a refund. These strict measures are in place to protect the safety and comfort of all participants and clients, while providing an environment and energy that is of healing and high vibration. Courses are non-residential programs and the tuition price covers attendance to the program only. Price does not cover additional personal expenses such as flights, airport transfers, accommodation or meals.

Service
Our services and products are intended for adults over the age of eighteen (18) years. By utilizing the information provided and/or proceeding to purchase through our website, you acknowledge that you are over 18 years of age.

All prices are in Euros (EUR) and are inclusive of tax and shipping where applicable. Our store and price list can be accessed from our home page and we reserve the right to amend our prices at any time. If you have placed an order, we undertake to fulfil your order at the price listed at the time you ordered.

Product Descriptions
We strive to ensure that our products are described as accurately as possible on our website, however, we do not warrant that the description is always completely accurate. Where we become aware of any inaccurate description, we reserve the right to correct any error or omission once it becomes known. The photographs of the products might not present the products in their true form due to lighting; setting or other reasons. It is our intention to represent each product to the best of our ability. We do not include product size as our belief and philosophy of Mark Bajerski is that “Crystals choose you” and what Pure Energy Healing Crystals are is more than their physical description.

Whilst most images are photographs of real products, some images have been provided for illustrative purposes only and we do not guarantee that any image will reflect or portray the exact design or options relating to that product.

Product Order
We endeavor to ensure that our product list is current, however, we give no undertaking as to the guaranteed availability of any product advertised on our website. If a purchased product is unavailable, we reserve the right to notify you of its unavailability and provide you with a refund of same amount or credit towards another suitable product you may wish to purchase.

When you order from us, we require you to provide your name, address for delivery, your email address, telephone contact and credit card details. We undertake to take due care with this information, however, in providing us with such information, you accept that we are not liable for its misuse due to an error in transmission or virus or malware.

We undertake to fulfil and ship your order within 5-10 business days, except in the case where an item is out of stock, in which case we will contact you to let you know of an expected fulfilment date or give you the option to purchase a replacement product or obtain a refund.

Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. If you do not pick up your order and it gets shipped back to us due to incorrectly entered address or not picking up the parcel in time, you will be charged shipping for another delivery attempt.

Product Returns
We undertake to reimburse you for any product delivered to you that is faulty or is in damaged condition. To arrange a replacement, contact us through our designated ‘contact us’ section of our website.

If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange returned goods, we undertake to reimburse your credit card for the amount initially debited for the purchase.

Site Access
When you visit our website, we give you a limited license to access and use our information for personal use only. You are permitted to download a copy of the information on this website to your computer for your personal use only provided that you do not delete or change any copyright symbol, trademark or other proprietary notice. These terms and conditions are to be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Slovenia and any claims made by either party against the other which in any way arises out of these terms and conditions will be heard in Slovenia and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of those Courts.

If any provision in these terms and conditions is invalid under any law the provision will be limited, narrowed, construed or altered as necessary to render it valid but only to the extent necessary to achieve such validity. If necessary the invalid provision will be deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining provision will remain in full force and effect.
